WNPay reporting helps you monitor Adyen payment activity directly in the system. You can use it to review settlement totals, see transaction-level details, and provide reporting material to your accountant when necessary.
You can find the reports in Sales → Sales → Reports → WNPay Reports.
What you can do in WNPay reporting
Review settlement payouts for a selected period
See the gross amount, commission, and net amount of each settlement
Download settlement reports as Excel or PDF files
Check transaction details for individual payments
Search transactions by date, type, currency, or PSP reference
Process refunds for individual transactions
Payouts-tab
The Payouts tab is the right place when you want to review settlement reports. It shows how much was settled during a selected period and helps you see the relationship between sales, commission, and the final settled amount.
Selecting a date range of Payouts
Date range can be selected from appearing calendar or by Quick selection. After this the tab shows payouts for the selected date range.
Viewing the information of a spesific settlement
The information of a spesific settlement can be viewed by clicking the settlements row.
Excel file of the spesific settlement can be downloaded by clicking “Excel - Download”.
PDF file of the spesific settlement can be downloaded by clicking “PDF - Download”
Viewing the combined amount of the refunds within the settlement
If the settlement includes refunds, the combined amount of those can be viewed by clicking “Recorded funds” and checking the amount of the refunds.
Transactions tab
The Transactions tab enables users to search for and view transactions, as well as process refunds.

Note! Transactions are displayed on the reports page according to the searches and settings applied there. For example, if the search is set to the last 2 months, transactions from that period will be shown. The summaries displayed on the tab, such as “Total in” and “Total out”, are also updated accordingly.
Selecting and searching Transactions with a date range
Date range can be selected from appearing calendar or by Quick selection. After this the tab shows Transactions for the selected date range.
Type of the transaction can be selected. It is also possible to choose multiple types at the same time.
Selecting and searching with Currency
The Currency is visible if there is different types of currencies used.
Adyen uses PSP reference with transactions. PSP reference could be used for example in a situation where Settlements Report is downloaded as an Excel file and the PSP reference of a spesific settlement is found from a row.
Viewing the information tab of the Transactions
The information Tab of the Transactions can be viewed by clicking “Information” on the right corner of the tab. Information tab shows the result for the selected period, including total incoming and outgoing transaction amounts.
Viewing the overview, information and a timeline of a spesific Transaction
These can be viewed by clicking the spesific Transaction’s row. This will open the Overview tab of a spesific transaction by default.

You can navigate to the order related to the transaction by clicking the order number.
Timeline tab of a spesific Transaction can be opened by clicking “Timeline”. Timeline tab shows the status of the Transaction.
Process a refund of a spesific Transaction
Refunds can be done easily by opening the spesific Transaction and after this by clicking “Refund”. After this, select the reason for the refund and the amount to be refunded, then click “Refund (amount)”
