Instructions on how to archive a product, for example, to prevent its use without removing it from the system.
In the product card settings, you can define where the product can be used. The options for product listing visibility include Archive, Sales Invoice, Contract, Order, and POS.
If Archive is selected, the product is moved from the product listing to the archive and cannot be used.
If, for example, Sales Invoice is selected, the product can be used in sales invoices but not elsewhere in the system.
If no option is selected in this field, the product can be used normally throughout the system.
Once you have selected the desired product listing visibility setting, remember to save the product card.
Archived Products
If products have been archived, you can find them all by going to the product listing and clicking "Show Archived Products."
