Through the system, you can also create task-type activities for organizing work. Tasks differ from other activities in that they can be assigned a start and end time, and their completion can be monitored.
Tasks page
Tasks Page To view tasks created in the system or to create new ones, select:
→ "CRM"
→ "Work"
→ "Tasks"The tasks page compiles a list of all activities added to the system that are of the "task" type. From this page, you can see the person responsible for the task, the people and customers involved, and the dates related to the task.
Tasks can be searched for or filtered using the search fields at the top. The information in the columns can be sorted in ascending/descending order by clicking the column header.
You can modify the task status using the arrows in the "Start Task" column (this opens the task editing).
When the work task has been started, it can be moved to the "In Progress" status. Once the task is completed, it can be moved to the "Ready" status.
- If a task is in the "Not Started" status, the deadline will be visible in the listing.
- If a task is "In Progress", the start time and deadline will be visible.
- If a task is "Completed", the start time and completion time will be visible.
