Step-by-Step Instructions for Creating a Ticket Product in the System
- Navigate to the system's administration section and select:
→ Sales
→ Products
→ Products
Create a new product card for the online store by clicking at the top of the page:
→ Add Product
2. Name the new product.
In this example, name it "Admission Ticket" and select the product type "Ticket" from the dropdown menu, as well as the correct tax category.
Click
→ Add Product
- Configure the basic settings for the product, and add an image and personalized questions if necessary.

- Select the ticket type for the product.
The ticket type can be selected by navigating to the product's "Tickets" tab.
- Standard Admission Ticket: For events without assigned seating or section-specific capacities.
- Match-Specific Ticket: This ticket type allows booking a seat for a single match. Event linking for this ticket type is handled by our support team, so please contact us once you’ve created the event and the ticket.
- Season Pass: This ticket type allows booking a seat for the entire season, e.g., a VIP box. Event linking for this ticket type is also handled by our support team, so please contact us after creating the event and the ticket.
- Event-Specific Reserved Seat Ticket: For events with numbered seating or different seating sections, e.g., standing areas. Event linking for this ticket type is managed by our support team, so reach out to us once you’ve created the event and the ticket.

5. Link the Event to the Ticket Product
The event can be linked to the product by navigating to the "Tickets" tab and clicking the "Add Event" button.
Note: The event must be created in advance, and its settings must include the option "Tickets sold in the online store" enabled.
- The ticket product has the default setting "Yes" for generating a printed ticket.
If you do not want the ticket product to generate a printed ticket, change this setting to "No".
Finally, click the "Save" button.
