WiseCRM - Contact Management

Contact Management

To access the system's customer management, click on the administration side of the system
→ "CRM"

  • On the CRM homepage, you can see the ten most recently added company and individual contacts.
  • Also visible are the ten most recent activities recorded in the CRM.

"Companies" Page and Company Card

"Companies" Page

When you want to view the company contacts available in the system, select
→ "CRM"
→ "Contacts"
→ "Companies"

  • The CRM companies list includes all company contacts entered into the system.
  • Search results in the view can be filtered using the search fields, and columns can be customized according to the company's needs from the gear icon.

Company Card

→ "Contacts"
→ "Companies"
→ Click on the company name to open the company card

  • You can open the company card by clicking on the company name on the "Companies" listing page or in any other section of the system.
  • On the company card, you can find all the details of an individual company contact in CRM (e.g., contact information, tags). In this view, you can make changes to the company's information.
  • On the "Activities" tab, you can see a summary of all the actions performed for that specific company.
  • On the "Persons" tab, you can see all individuals associated with the company.

When you want to view the individual contacts available in the system, select
→ "CRM"
→ "Contacts"
→ "Persons"

  • The CRM persons list includes all individual contacts entered into the system.
  • Search results in the view can be filtered using the search fields, and columns can be customized according to the company's needs from the gear icon.

Individual Card
→ "CRM"
→ "Contacts"
→ "Persons"
→ Click on the individual card from the name

You can open the individual card by clicking on the person's name on the "people" list page or any other section of the system. The individual card contains all information about a single person contact in CRM (e.g., contact details, roles, and tags). In this view, you can make changes to the person's information.
