Instructions - WiseSales: Public and Internal Comment for Appointment scheduling

In the sports booking calendar, it is now possible to add public and internal comments to inform customers or staff.

Adding a comment

In the top right corner of the appointment booking system, there's a "comments" section where you can see a list of comments assigned to the selected day for the resource.

If there are no comments, a notification will appear: "No comments for the selected day."

​​​​​​​After adding a comment, an i-icon will appear on the appointment booking calendar, indicating that the system administrator has added a comment for that specific time slot.

When adding a comment, the resource to which the comment is added is specified.

The text of the comment, start time, and end time are determined.

Under "Public," it can be specified whether the comment is visible to end users as well or only to administrators.

Public: "Yes" → Visible to everyone.
Public: "No" → Visible to administrators.

The system displays the comment to both the customer and the administrator when the booking window is opened.


Editing / Deleting a Comment

Select the date from the top of the page for which you want to view / edit / delete comments.

All comments added for that particular day can be viewed by clicking on the "comments" -button at the top.

Note: Comments can only be viewed on a daily basis, meaning you can't see all comments added to the system (across different days) at once.

In the popup window that appears, you can see all comments for that specific day.

Comments can be edited or deleted by clicking on the "pen" and "trash can" icons next to the comment, respectively.

From this view, you can also add a new comment for that particular day if needed by clicking "Add New."
