Orders can be generated directly into the system from the data collection form.
This capability brings convenience to operations, as orders for products or services desired by the customer can be directly created in the system from the data collection form. Orders generated from the data collection form can be paid for at checkout or invoiced easily with a single click.
To create a new data collection form, click on the administration side of the system:
1. "Marketing"
2. Under that, "Data acquisition"
3. Select "New survey" from the top of the page.
4. Fill in the basic information of the data collection form in the usual way on the "Settings" tab.
Note the "Sales" box at the bottom of the page. It should have "Allow order import" checked so that the system transfers orders made through data collection into the system's orders.
5. Move to the editor tab and design your survey form using the question elements and functions your desire.
6. When you want to generate orders from the data collection form, select the "products" element.
7. Write a question text suitable for generating an order.
8. Use the search tool in the field to find product cards in product management from which you want to generate an order, and select the product you desire.
9. Click "Add" to add the option to the list.
10. Once you have added all the desired products to the list, click "Save".
Once the data collection form is complete, it can be embedded into an article and used to receive orders through it.
