Instructions - WiseSurvey: Formation of a Contract from the Data Collection Form

Contracts can be formed directly in the system from the data collection form.

Contracts can be created in the system from the data collection form.

The contract is created in a "draft" state and must be separately approved in the system's contract management.

1. To create a new data collection form, click on the administration side of the system:

→ "Marketing"
→ "Data acquisition"

Then select from the top of the page:

→ "New survey"

2. Fill in the basic information of the data collection form as usual on the "Settings" tab.

Note the "Sales" box at the bottom of the page. It should have "Allow order import" checked so that the system can transfer orders made through data collection into the system's contracts.

If the same system is used by multiple different companies, this is also where you specify the company under which the contract is to be formed.

3. Navigate to the editor tab and format the survey form using desired question elements and functionalities.

Add to the data collection form at least:

- "Personal" / "Company Information" element
- "Products" element

4. Selection of product cards from the system

  • Write a question text suitable for creating a contract for the "products" element.
  • Using the search tool in the field, search for product cards in product management from which the contract is formed. Select the desired product by clicking its name. Note that to form a contract draft, the product card must be one where the type is membership.
  • Click "Add" to add the option to the list.
  • When all desired products have been added to the list, click "save".

When the data collection form is ready, it can be embedded into an article to sell agreements through it.

If necessary, emphasize on the form that placing an order creates a binding contract and provide more details about the terms of the contract.

The contract created through the data collection form enters a "draft" state and must be separately approved in the system's contract management.
