Instructions - WiseSales: Functions of the Reservations Tab

On the "Reservations" -page (Sales → Orders → Reservations), you can see a list of appointments that have been made through the system.

  • The listing by default retrieves only the reserved times for the current day, but you can modify the search with different search criteria.
  • On the page, you can search for reservations based on criteria such as order number, booker, or time slot. These search criteria remain selected even after performing actions.
  • The list displays order number, reservation, start time, end time, status, person, company, price, open amount, and information about whether the order line has been invoiced or not.
  • From the "Actions" -button, you can generate invoices or send text messages to selected orders.
  • From the "Invoiced/Not invoiced" listing, you can display either the invoiced or not invoiced orders. By default, both are shown.
  • You can erase the search options by using the eraser icon.
  • From the cogwheel icon, you can choose additional search options to be displayed.
  • At the bottom, you can select the number of items to be displayed.

Actions: Generate Invoices

Select the desired orders, for example, using a date search, from which invoices are to be generated, and click on the "Actions" button, then choose "Generate Invoices".

  • NOTE! In the "Open" section, you can specify the selection: Open > 0€, which means that reservations with remaining receivables will be invoiced.

In the subsequent popup window, you can specify the invoicing date and payment terms for these orders.

By clicking on "Generate sms," the system generates draft invoices with the defined conditions, which can then be sent from the "Sales Invoices" tab.


Actions: Send Text Message

Select the desired orders, for example, using a date search, to which text messages are to be sent, and click on the "Actions" -button.

"Send SMS."


Afterwards, specify the name, content, and sender of the text message.

For this feature to work, you need to have an SMS service enabled, which can be activated through WiseNetwork's support service.

The price for one text message is 0.08€ per unit.
