Gift card can be disabled and its funds can be reset.
1. The list of gift cards can be found in the system administration section under:
→ Sales
→ Orders
→ Giftcards
From here, expired gift cards can be deactivated.
To do so, open the desired gift card by clicking on its ID number.
2. The gift card is disabled by clicking on the red button:
→ “Disable giftcard.”
3. After that, a popup window will appear asking:
"Do you want to reset the funds of the gift card?"
with options to choose from:
"Yes" or "No".
Yes = The gift card is disabled, and its balance becomes 0€.
No = The gift card is disabled, but the balance remains unchanged. In this case, the gift card can be reactivated for later use.
