Instructions - WiseSales: Creating a new order

Step-by-step instructions on how to create a new order and its settings in the system.

1. Let's navigate to the administration side of the system and select

“Sales”
“Orders”
“Orders”

We create a new order by clicking on the top of the page:

“New order”


2. We retrieve the customer for the order from the CRM. The customer can be a company or an individual. If the customer is not found in the CRM, a new customer can be created for the order.

“Add new.”

After retrieving or creating the customer, the system automatically fills in the remaining basic information.

3. Selecting the salesperson for the order. Your company is automatically assigned as the salesperson for the order. Additionally, you can choose a contact person for the order.


4. Adding products to the order. It's possible to add multiple different products to the order.

“Add product.”


5. Selecting the delivery method for the order. Once the delivery method is chosen, if necessary, an estimated delivery date can be set for the order.

6. It's possible to add additional information to the order confirmation. In this case, check the box “include additional information in the order confirmation”.

Additional information may include the customer's reference and the name or number of the worksite.


7. Sending the order confirmation to the customer. Select the sender of the order from the list and send the confirmation to the customer.
