Products can be added to the online store menu using categories.
Creating Headings in the Online Store Menu
The online store menu is built from the system's administration panel:
→ "Sales"
→ "Products"
→ "Categories"
To add a new category (menu heading), go to:
→ "Add Category."
You can edit category headings by clicking on the editing icons on the right side of the category management. From behind the editing icon, you can enable options such as role-controlled categories if you want the category heading to be visible only to a specific role-based user group.
Headings can be toggled to be visible/invisible in the online store by checking/unchecking the box on the right side. All headings with a checkmark are visible, while those without are hidden.
Note that from the product card section “Add Product into web shop Category”, the same view and corresponding headings created in category management will appear.
Adding a Product under an Online Store Menu Heading
To add a product to appear in the online store, first click on the product card, then click on “Add Product into web shop Category”.
Afterward, check the categories (menu headings) in the popup window where you want the product to appear.
Finally, click “Add” and then save the product card.
Note: In order for the product to appear in the online store, it must also be set to visible on the individual product card in the product management.
