The customer can pay for their order at the checkout using one or more payment methods. If the customer wishes to pay a portion of the order, for example, with a wellness voucher and the rest via the payment terminal, this can be done by selecting the appropriate payment methods.
1. When the order is ready, navigate to the "All Payment Methods" view. Select the desired payment method. Then, click on the amount displayed in the Payment column and edit it to reflect the amount the customer wishes to pay with the selected payment method. For example, in the case shown, the customer wants to pay 25€ with Epassi.
2. Select the next payment method the customer wants to use. In the example shown, card payment is selected, and the system automatically calculates the remaining balance for this payment method. You can adjust this amount as described in step 1 if the customer is using multiple payment methods.
