Instructions - WiseEconomy: Wire Transfers

Wire transfer can be used, for example, for returning excess payments.

1. Wire transfers are essentially simplified purchase invoices. They only contain the information needed by the bank to process the payment. Wire transfers can be used, for example, for returning excess payments.

To create a new wire transfer, start by clicking "Add New".

2. In the pop-up window, fill in the recipient's details.

If the recipient's details are saved in the CRM, the recipient can be selected for the bank transfer from the "Recipient" dropdown menu. The recipient's details can also be entered directly into the fields "Recipient Name," "Recipient IBAN," "Recipient BIC," "Due Date," "Amount," and "Reference Number" or "Message." Providing the recipient's address details is not mandatory. Save the details by clicking the green "Save" button.

If the payment recurs, for example, monthly, you can copy the transfer using the "Copy" button and change the due date before saving, thus creating a bank transfer for each month.

3. Once the bank transfer is saved, it can be processed for payment on the due date by navigating to the list of bank transfers and searching for the specific transfer, for example, by the recipient's name. Once the correct bank transfer is found, select the checkbox next to it and click the green "Pay" button.

4. After clicking the "Pay" button, the following view opens up, where you enter the PIN code provided by Google Authenticator (the app must be installed on your phone). The payment is approved by pressing "Send," after which the payment is sent from the bank on the scheduled due date.
