The Person page in CRM displays a list of all individual contact cards entered into the system.
Person Page (CRM → Contacts → Person)
To view individual contacts in the system, follow these steps:
→ "CRM"
→ "Contacts"
→ "Person"
The Person listing displays all individual contact cards entered into the system.
- You can sort column information in ascending/descending order by clicking on the column header.
- Filtering the search results can be done using the empty search fields in the top row, and the visibility of columns can be adjusted according to the company's needs using the cogwheel icon.
- To view the details of a contact (individual card), click on its name.
Person Page Functions
Search Tool
By clicking the Search Tool button, you can open the search tool, which allows you to retrieve various contact groups from the system's database and perform various mass actions for these groups.
Add New Contact
By clicking the 'Add New Contact' button, you can add a new person to the system. It is important that the added contact has at least a first name, last name, and email address. Once these details are entered, if needed, a user invitation can be sent to the person, allowing them to fill in the remaining information themselves.
Eraser Icon
The eraser icon allows you to clear the search criteria set in the top row search fields.
Printer Icon
The printer icon allows you to print the listing as an Excel, CSV, or PDF file. Note: The system prints only the results visible on the page. If you want to include all results in the listing, please change the option at the bottom of the page from 'Show: 50' to 'Show: All'.
Cogwheel Icon
Using the cogwheel icon, you can add or remove columns displayed in the page listing. Each user can customize the view by showing the information in the columns they find necessary.
Show (at the bottom of the page)
At the bottom of the page, you can choose the number of results to be displayed and switch pages.
