Instructions - WiseCRM: Invoicing Tab

Invoicing tab for storing necessary information for invoicing on the individual invoicing tab and the company invoicing tab.

Person's billing information

1. Person's billing information can be found in the CRM:
→ CRM
→ Contacts

Person's email and address details are based on the basic information tab.

In the person's billing information on the invoicing tab, a billing email is added if the invoice needs to be sent to a different email than the person's default email. This might be the case if the customer is young and the invoice needs to be sent to a parent's email.


2. Person's default billing method needs to be edited correctly.


The default billing method for a person in the system is always email initially. On the invoicing tab, the billing method can be changed; for example, if you want to send the invoice by mail, you select 'Print Service.'


If your company uses consumer e-invoicing, the order details are automatically transferred to the system. The information is transferred when the customer orders an e-invoice in their online bank.


3. On the Invoicing tab, there is a change log that shows the changes made to billing information, the time of the change, and the person making the change.


The change log also indicates what information has been edited. For example, if a person initially had email as the billing method and later changed it to e-invoice.




Company's billing information

1. The company's billing information is found in CRM:
→ CRM
→ Contacts
→ Companies


For the company, billing information such as billing address, delivery email, e-invoice address, and e-invoice operator is added to the 'billing' tab. The default billing method is selected for the company.


Additionally, in the 'billing' tab, control information can be filled in, including any company-specific payment terms and late payment interest rate.
