Instructions - WiseCRM: Inviting a person to become a system user

Instructions on How to Invite a User to the System, i.e., How a Person Can Create a Username and Password for the Service.

When a user invitation has been sent to a person via the CRM, they will be able to create a username and password to log in to the service.

Only after this (when the person has registered for the service) can different roles be assigned to them.


Instructions for sending a user invitation

1. On the system administration side, follow these steps:

→ "CRM"
→ "Contacts"
→ "Persons"
→ Search for the desired person in the system using search filters and click on the person's card to open it.

Note: The person needs to be added to CRM before a user invitation can be sent to them.



2.After that, on the person's card:

Bottom left, click on "More"
Select "Invite person as a user"


3.The person receives an email notification about the user invitation.

4. By clicking the link, they can complete their contact information and set a password for the service. The user's email address serves as the username.


After registration, the person can log in to the service.

They should also know where to access the login page for the service.
