The listing on the CRM Companies page includes all the company contacts (company cards) entered into the system.
Companies Page (CRM → Contacts → Companies)
When you want to review the company contacts available in the system, follow these steps:
→ "CRM"
→ "Contacts"
→ "Companies"
The Companies listing includes all company contacts (company cards) entered into the system.
- You can sort the column data in ascending/descending order by clicking on the column header.
- Filtering of the view's search results can be done using the empty search fields in the top row, and the visibility of columns can be adjusted according to the company's needs using the gear icon.
- To view the details of a contact (company card), click on its name.
Functions of the Companies Page
Search Tool
By clicking the Search Tool button, you can open the search tool, which allows you to retrieve various contact groups from the system's database and perform various mass actions for these groups.
Add Company
By clicking the 'Add Company' button, you can add a new company to the system.
Eraser Icon
Clicking on the eraser icon allows you to clear the search criteria set in the top row search fields.
Printer Icon
The printer icon allows you to print the listing as an Excel, CSV, or PDF file. Note: The system prints only the results visible on the page. If you want to include all results in the listing, please change the option at the bottom of the page from 'Show: 50' to 'Show: All'.
Cogwheel Icon
Using the cogwheel icon, you can add or remove columns displayed in the page listing. Each user can customize the view by showing the information in the columns they find necessary.

At the bottom of the page, you can choose the number of results to be displayed and switch pages.
