Instructions for Adding a New Individual Contact to the CRM.

Instructions for Adding a New Person

1.Navigate to the CRM's individual contacts by selecting on the system's administration side:


→ "CRM"
→ "Contacts"
→ "Persons"

2. Click on "Add New contact."



3. Enter the person's information on the form.
It is advisable to add the information as comprehensively as possible at this stage.

4. In addition to filling in the basic details, you can add tags for the person on the form.

Tags help in grouping contacts within the CRM.

5. Finally, click 'Save.'

The new individual contact has now been added to the CRM.


6. By selecting 'Stay Here,' you remain in the system's people listing view and can continue, for example, by adding details for another person.


By choosing 'Go to Contact,' the system opens the newly created contact's individual card.
