See the instructions for creating a new email marketing message and how to fill in its basic information.
On the "Basic Information" tab, name the email and specify the subject of the message. Additionally, define tags, the email template, sender address, and unsubscribe groups.
1. Creating a New Message
To create a new email marketing message, navigate through the system's administration side to:
→ "Marketing"
→ "Email Marketing"
→ "Emails"
Create a new email message by clicking the button at the top of the page
→ "Add new Email".
If you want to use a previously sent message as the template for the new email message, you can duplicate the message from the email marketing list using the "duplicate" button in the last column.
2. Basic Information of the Email
Enter the basic information for the new email message.
Email Name
- The emails appear in the email marketing homepage listing with this name.
- The name is intended for internal use only.
- The name should be descriptive and distinctive enough.
- The name cannot be changed at a later stage.
Email Subject
- The subject of the email as visible to recipients.
- The subject should be carefully considered so that it entices readers to open the email.
Tags
- Emails can be categorized with tags if desired. For instance, if all sent email messages are exported to an Excel file, the tag column can be used to compare different types of letters with each other.
Email Template Selection
- For email marketing, it is possible to create different templates for various types of mailings (invitations, promotional campaigns, newsletters, subsidiary companies).
- Different templates are created by WiseNetwork. Please contact our support from your system's administration panel using the support button (person with headphones icon) if you would like to access different email templates.
Sender Selection
- Different senders can be added for email marketing. Choose the person/entity in whose name the mailing is to be sent.
- Senders can be added or removed by yourself from the "Senders" section found under email marketing.
- It's advisable to create different unsubscribe groups for emails.
- This way, recipients can opt-out of specific types of emails, like promotional emails, but still receive other communications from the company (such as event notifications or newsletters).
- Through the "unsubscribe" link found in the email, recipients can choose to opt-out of all communications from the company if they wish.
- Unsubscribe groups can be added or removed by yourself from the "Unsubscribe Groups" section found under email marketing.
Basic information can be changed at any stage before sending. The only exception is the email's name, which cannot be changed afterwards.
