In appointment scheduling, it's possible to set different prices for the same product at different times on the calendar.
By creating price rules, you can define promotional prices, seasonal rates, or holiday prices. For instance, you can set lower prices for quieter days or hours for bookings, or alternatively, set higher prices for bookings during prime-time hours if desired.
The Pricing tab also allows for quick adjustments to pricing, for example, for the current day.
1. Let's navigate to the product management section of the system.
→ “Sales”
→ ”Products”
→ ”Products”
2. Navigate to the "Appointment Pricing" -tab in the product card.
You can add a new row for a new pricing rule by clicking on the "Add Price" -button.
3. Fill in the necessary information in the fields:
- If the appointment product has multiple resources, select from the dropdown menu the resource to which the new pricing rules apply.
- Choose a time interval (dates) from the calendar for which the pricing rule is to be set. The interval can be short or long. The date may also include the current day.
- Choose the times from the calendar for which the pricing rule is to be applied. For example, for the quiet hours of the morning or afternoon.
- Set the price at which the appointment product is sold during the specified time interval. The price can be in the format 20.00 or simply 20.
- Set the days of the week when the pricing rule is active by clicking.
→ "Select the weekdays."
4. "The Save price rules” -button saves the price rules and any changes made to them.
The price rules will appear in the appointment calendar immediately after saving.
