Email messages sent through email marketing can be personalized with the recipient's first and last names.
To personalize an email message, add the following commands to the email. The system retrieves the recipient's names directly from the CRM. Remember to check that the recipient's name information is correct in the CRM in your mailing list.
Personalization can include just the first name or both the first and last names in the message.
- To add the recipient's first name to the message:
[%first_name%]
- To add the recipient's last name to the message:
[%last_name%]
