In the system, a salaries is generated from the employment contract for each payday.
Payslips are generated from contracts and can be found in the system:
→ Economy
→ Salaries
→ Contracts.
1. To generate a payslip, start by checking the employee's contract to ensure that the payment date, start date, and end date of the period are correct.
2. Verify that any changes in the salary have been calculated correctly and that the contract has been saved to apply the changes.
3. Open the "wages" tab from the employment contract and click on "Create next invoice".
4. This generates a payslip for the specified individual according to the contract details for the designated period.
5. You can access this payslip either directly through the contract or through the list of payslips found in the system: Economy → Salaries → Payslips.
