Guide - WiseCRM: Company Card

On an individual company card, you can find all the information related to the company added to the CRM. Company contact details are edited from the company card.

Company Card​​​​​​​

The company card contains all the information about the company added to the system in one place. You can open the company card using the following path:

→ CRM

→ Contacts

→ Companies

→ Click on the company card by name

  • You can also open the company card by clicking on the company's name on the 'Companies' listing page or in any other section of the system.

  • On the company card, you can find all the details of an individual company contact in the CRM (e.g., contact information, tags). In this view, you can make changes to the company's information.


1. Company Tab

On the Company tab, you can edit the basic information and contact details of the company. ​​​​​​​

  • Basic Information
    • The company card contains the basic information of the company, which can be edited in this view.
    • In the basic information, you can add or remove fields shown in this view using the cogwheel icon.
    • An important field in the basic information is the 'Tags' field. Tags allow for precise grouping of company contacts, facilitating targeted communication, for example.



  • Contact Information

    • The Contact Information section displays the contact details entered into the system for the contact. You can edit contact information in this view. Remember to save any changes made using the 'Save' button.

    • In the top right corner of the Contact Information section, the 'Add New' button allows you to add a new office location for the company.


  • Add-Button

  • In the fixed bar at the bottom of the page, you will find the "Add" button, which provides the following functions:

    • Additional Data Field: You can add custom fields to the Basic Information section of the company card.

    • Add/Edit Logo: You can add a logo for the company. The logo will be visible on the homepage in company listings created using tags. The added logo should ideally be tightly cropped (no empty edges), have a transparent background, and a minimum width of 400px.

    • Retrieve Company Information by Business ID: You can supplement company information on the company card by performing a search with the business ID through the Finnish Business Information System (YTJ)."



2. Activities Tab

On the Activities tab, you can see a list of all activities associated with the company in the system. These activities may include various events, data collection forms, or sales invoices. ​​​​​​​

Through the 'Add New' button, you can add a new activity for the company. Possible types of activities include:

  • Call

  • Email

  • Meeting

  • Video Conference

  • Task

  • Note

  • Quote

  • Order

  • Contract

  • Contract Proposal

Using the cogwheel icon, you can add or remove displayed columns.

At the bottom of the page, you can choose the number of results to be displayed and switch pages.




3. People Tab

On the People tab, you can see all individuals associated with the company. Individuals linked to the company are typically employees or board members. ​​​​​​​


  • Through the 'Add New' button, you can open fields where you can search for a person in the CRM, specify their location, and link them to the company. (If the person is not in the CRM, you can also add a new contact to the system in this step from 'Add New.')

4. Invoicing Tab

(Visible only if an account number has been added to the company)

  • The Invoicing tab is automatically generated when an account number is added to the company. The account number is generated automatically, at the latest when the company is invoiced for the first time.

  • On the Invoicing tab, you can modify invoicing details under the main heading 'Billing Address.' You can set default invoicing methods for the company.

  • Under the 'Control Information' section, you can define payment terms, late payment interest, as well as restrictions for debt collection and reminders.

  • Changes made to the invoicing details are logged, indicating when and by whom the information was modified.


5. Supplier Tab

  • On the Supplier tab, you can define supplier details, such as bank account information, and add a default inspector and approver. ​​​​​​​
