WiseActivities is a central part of customer relationship management. Activities are individual actions involving a contact. An activity can be customer-initiated, such as a purchase, event participation, or survey response. It can also be directed at the customer, such as an email, phone call, or scheduled meeting. All activities can be found under the contacts, allowing for a detailed examination of customer history. Having all customer information in one place is extremely efficient for sales work.
When all information and the tools that utilize it are in the same system, it is easy to generate summaries of customer actions, and the data can be deleted instantly upon the customer's request.
