What are tags?

Tags are keywords that allow the organization and management of contacts and their actions within a system. In WisePlatform, tags can be added to:

  • Contacts (companies or individuals)
  • Products in the online store
  • Newsletters
  • Leads / offers / contracts
  • Invoices
  • Images


Tags can be added without limits, so the same contact or action can belong to multiple groups. Tags can relate to aspects such as a company's industry or location "construction", "Uusimaa" or characteristics of a contact like their origin "online shoppers", "newsletter subscribers".

What are tags used for?

Many parts of WisePlatform utilize customer segmentation based on tags.

Targeted Communication
