Using the search tool allows you to leverage the information contained within WiseCRM.

The search tool within WisePlatform is one of the key tools for utilizing the information contained in WiseCRM. Explore the functionalities of the search tool.

The search tool allows you to retrieve, group, and sort information stored in WiseCRM based on various criteria. After organizing the data, you can perform different bulk actions on these groups.

A key component for analyzing data collected by CRM and executing actions is the search tool available in WiseCRM.

The functionality of the search tool is based on the operation of WiseCRM, which governs the entire system. All information related to system contacts is stored in a database, enabling diverse searches using different criteria and terms. This allows for the creation of precise contact groups from both company and individual contacts. Subsequently, various bulk actions can be applied to these segmented groups.

The system facilitates easy searches, such as finding customers who have ordered a specific product, newsletter openers, or individuals who have attended a particular event. Searches can also be conducted based on company information.


1. Where can I find the search tool?

You can find the search tool on the system's admin side under:

→ "CRM"
→ "Contacts"
→ Choose either "Companies" or "Persons" based on which contacts you want to search/filter.
At the top of both pages, you'll find the "Search Tool" button in the same location (see images below).


2. What can I search for using the search tool?

The search tool for company and individual contacts has its own criteria based on which contacts can be filtered. With one search, you can filter contacts based on various factors and search criteria, allowing for very precise segmentation of filtered groups.

Company Contacts

Currently, company contacts can be filtered using the search tool based on a total of 48 different criteria:

  • Company Details (such as name, contact person, revenue, number of employees, industry, location, contact information, products...)
  • Company Contact Information (including email, phone, address, country...)
  • Contract Details (contract name, start date, end date, contract status)

For example, using the WiseCRM data, you could easily use the search tool to find all companies entered into the system with a revenue exceeding 200,000 euros, located in the capital region, and with contracts that ended the previous year.

Afterward, you can perform various bulk actions on this targeted group, such as adding tags or sending emails.


Personal Contacts

Currently, personal contacts can be filtered using the search tool based on a total of 72 different criteria:

  • Personal Details (such as name, contact information, birthdate, age...)
  • Details of Related Companies (including name, revenue, number of employees, company contact information, export and import countries...)
  • Contracts related to Related Companies
  • Events (invitations, registrations, invitation opens, clicks...)
  • Email Marketing (message statuses: sent, opened, clicked, mailing lists)
  • Ordered Products (product, order date, order amount)
  • Personal Contracts (contract status, number, start date, end date...)

For example, using WiseCRM data, you can easily search for the most loyal customers who have purchased products over 200 euros last year, participated in specific events, and opened emails sent to them.

Afterward, you can perform various bulk actions on this targeted group, such as adding tags, adding to a mailing list, or sending emails.


3. What actions can be performed on contacts using the search tool?

Once a desired group is filtered using the search tool, various bulk actions can be performed on them.

For Company Contacts, the following actions can be performed on filtered groups using the search tool:

  • Sending emails
  • Adding/removing tags
  • Printing address labels
  • Importing/exporting reports
  • Adding to sales tracking
  • Adding to event invitations
  • Deleting companies

For Personal Contacts, the following actions can be performed on filtered groups using the search tool:

  • Sending emails
  • Adding/removing tags
  • Printing address labels
  • Sending text messages
  • Adding to mailing lists
  • Adding to event invitations
  • Deleting individuals
  • Adding roles
