New Feature: WiseSign - Electronic Document Signing
WiseSign electronic signature service now allows electronic signing of various documents, such as board or shareholder meeting minutes.
Upload the document to the system and send out signing invitations. The recipient signs the document electronically using their online banking credentials. Easy, fast, and secure!
WiseSign makes it easy to electronically request signatures for various documents. The signer receives an email notification with details of the document to be signed. They can electronically sign the document using their online banking credentials via a link provided in the email.
Electronic signatures for documents can be managed in the system's admin management under:

As a Christmas gift in 2022, we covered the costs for all our customers for signature authentication up until now. However, each customer now needs to choose the signature package that best suits their company.
WiseNetwork agreements automatically include 20 electronic signatures per year. If you need more signatures, you can purchase additional rights from our new online store, WiseShop. We offer two different signature packages:
- WiseSign 240 signatures per year, priced at €20 per month
- WiseSign 600 signatures per year, priced at €50 per month
